Most treks require moderate fitness. Start with light cardio 4-6 weeks before your trek. We offer treks for all levels—easy (4-5 hours daily), moderate (5-7 hours), and challenging (7+ hours). Our guides adjust the pace to your group.

We use gradual acclimatization, rest days at key elevations, and proper hydration strategies. Our guides are trained in altitude management, and we carry oxygen and basic medical supplies. We also adjust itineraries based on individual symptoms.

All packages include accommodation, meals, guide services, and permits. Porter services, flights to/from Nepal, travel insurance, and personal gear are typically separate. Check your specific itinerary for details.

Cancellations made 60+ days before your trek receive a full refund. 30-60 days: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: trek cost is forfeited but can be transferred to future dates. We recommend travel insurance for additional coverage.
